Ingredients 1 Pound Salmon Fillet Skinned and Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces. 5 Cup Store Bought Teriyaki Baste & Glaze (Kikoman)InstructionsTo Prepare SalmonLine a rimmed baking sheet with foil; set aside.Remove salmon skin & cut into bite sized pieces.Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and toss/stir until the salmon is evenly coated. Let the salmon bites marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, tossing/stirring half way through.After the salmon has marinated, move the oven baking rack so it's about 4 inches from the heating element inside your oven, and preheat your oven broiler.Place the salmon pieces onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle any remaining marinade from the bowl over the salmon.Broil the salmon bites in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes, and then turn each piece over and broil for another 2-3 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
